Security
Starconnect's Payment Gateway uses 128 bit, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection to ensure the safety of credit card transactions. All communications containing personal information and credit card details are encrypted to prevent unauthorised access. Further, the transaction servers are located in high security data centres to prevent unauthorised physical access.

Easy and convenient
For your customer - upon selecting the ‘pay now’ button from the order page of your site, your customer is linked directly to your Business Payment Gateway. They enter their credit card details and select ‘pay now’. Within moments, the transaction is processed by the banking network and your customer (and business) is notified of the transaction result.

Starconnect IPG also provides a
secure portal which provides:

• Detail view of all transactions, filtered by date
• Tools to manually process transactions (for non web site sales)
• Rollback transactions and provide refunds
• Reconcile transaction reports

Flexibility
Your customer has a choice of payment options. All major financial institutions accept payments through Starconnect's Payment Gateway, as do major credit card companies.
